Thanks so much for asking!!! I didn't know this and now I can start my own notebook which will make "looking up" so much easier. I love this place. (I'd put a heart or thumbs up if I knew how....

I use bookmarks and have folders there for quilting info. Once in a while I go through and weed out, but I have saved hundreds of patterns, tutorials etc.
Occasionally I have found after quite a long time that some are no longer available, especially if it is a free pattern. Therefore, if I can, I download the pdf file of the pattern and save that.
I am going to look into how I can move all this info to my external hard drive too. Don't ever want to lose it.

Sorry I posted twice. The board is so slow in getting the messages up and I thought I had not hit the key correctly.

Talk about being "asleep at the wheel", I've been on here for over a year now and didn't know a thing about the My Pages, really still don't. When I read your post, I thought what in the world is this person talking about, so I scanned back up to the top and saw in great big bold letters My Pages. Maybe I need to take a day off from reading and viewing and check out everything on this board. Nah, I think I will just let other things come as a surprise to me too. lol
O.K. folks, clue this poor old lady in on that section of this board please. How does that section work? I don't usually check out every section of this board, as you can all see. lol. I just read the posts and view the pics.
I'm in the same boat. I thought my bookmarks were limitless. I wonder now how many are gone! Thanks for bringing this topic up.

Don't feel bad--I've been on at least that long and I hadn't found them either.

I use "my pages" all the time to categorize topics. You can also look at other peoples' "my pages". I learn a lot by looking at others' saved info. I didn't know there was a limit of 100 pages but even so, that gives you a lot of space to save info and retreive it. :-D

One particular thing I like to save are threads of topics that interests me. For instance, a topic on LA. If there is useful info on the thread I will edit/copy the http:///.... at the top of the page, save it on the appropriate page in "my pages". That way, I always have the info with out having to singlely edit/copy the info I want. Hope that makes sense to others! :-D

Please feel free to click on my board name and then click on "my pages" and take a look at how I have organized my pages. Note: I am not the best organizer. Often I change the way I organize after I have begun organizing a certain way. LOL
