So glad no one was hurt. Like others, I've never heard of this happening! Glad hubby was there!

Weird and scary! Glad no one was hurt. Wonder what made it explode. Do you mind telling us what brand it is? Hope my washer never does this as it is inside the house - just off the kitchen. Nice that the company is refunding your money rather than replacing it. Maybe you can find a great deal on another brand. :lol:

WOW ! My quess is , with these new machines they spin so fast , it was spinning and flew off track ? unbelievable. CRAZY .

My 13 yr old Kenmore did an "happy dance" couple times before i got rid of it...glad know one got hurt though.

Glad no one was hurt! Never heard of anything like this happening before. Must have been a problem when they built it. I'm assuming that this is a new machine,how long did you have it before it exploded?
