If you need wider fleece, JoAnn's has 85" wide fleece. I use it for backing, no piecing!! Of course I wait for a 50% sale or coupon! Ann

There is a local place that has fleece on a roll. They have a website. The name is Golden D'or fabrics. It's a warehouse type store. There's another one that I go to sometimes. The lady is always making one of those throws with fleece. They have a huge operation and they may have it. (I'm always looking for I spy fabric, so don't look at everything.) Wherehoues Fabrics - Amparo Ruvalcaba is the lady always making the throws. She works on the quilting fabric side (the other side has decorating fabrics) 214-352-4908. I'm not sure what else they do, but they have a big cutting operation in the back. Just call and ask them.

At Joanns, most fleece comes 8 yards per bolt and is 54"- 58" wide. The Lux is a lot wider and most of the rolls come at 8 yards (but it is a more expensive and is not included in most of the fleece sales). To get your best deal, buy the fleece on sale when they are running a 20% all purchase (includes sales) or on the senior wed which also is 20% all purchase.

Also, if you buy it online at Joann's when it is on a 50% sale and you use the free shipping coupon code (usually for purchases over $40), you will have it delivered right to your house - 50% off, free shipping and no driving time or cost - GOOD DEAL!!!

Ebay has rolls of fleece. Here's the first one I ran across. http://www.ebay.com/itm/SOLID-POLAR-...5eHJB_rQSO_eXQ

Be aware that shipping costs are not refundable on eBay. (Probably not refundable elsewhere either, but it's something to keep in mind if you find a really low price on eBay where the item has high shipping costs.)
