    Yes, there have been many previous posts on these. You just have to learn how to cut sort of backwards since there are no lines on the ruler. They really do hold the fabric in place.

    They have a video, watch it, suddenly you will say, why didn't I think of that!! Very easy to use and makes a world of difference.

    Happy Birthday! Enjoy your Slidelocks. Great rulers, so safe for your hands, and no more slipping while cutting. I have both now and use them all the time.

    Congratulations!!! I love mine and use it all the time. No slippage and no worry about running into my fingers!! I only have the large one, but plan to get the smaller one also. Enjoy!!

    I have both and use them almost exclusively. Really helps with the ruler not moving, especially the long one.

    Wow what a nice hubby. I have googled them and there are several websites which one did he use??

    I have the large one & really like it. No slippage so no danger of getting cut accidentally from my rotary cutter. Happy Birthday & what a good hubby.
