Default Boo Boo, would you want to know?

I was wondering if someone spotted a boo boo on your quilt that was all done and quilted (and beautiful) and posted on QB, would you want to know one of the blocks had a mistake? I'm leaning towards not....what about you?

I think it would depend on if the quilt was to be a gift, or just a utility quilt to be used at home. I would also have to decide how difficult it would be to fix the problem. Just how noticable the oops is also plays into how bad I would want to fix it. The minor things that most non-quilting people never see (or know what they are looking at) I wouldn't fix. If it just glared at you, then I would want to know so I could at least attempt a repair.

I would probably want to know and then say that it was a design decision (creative license)! LOL

I would want to know -- then I could make the decision if I cared enough to try to repair it or not.

I'd want to know. . . and would probably get a good laugh out of it. If I gave the quilt as a gift, then later found out about the mistake, I'd feel terrible.

I would sure want to know. If I could not fix it I would not want to give it away to someone.

I think I would want to know. Then I could make a decision whether to gift it or not. I've heard people used to make a mistake in their quilt. Have no idea why.

I think it would depend on what the person who posted the quilt said about it. Did they say it was a gift, did they say they know it's not perfect, did they say it was a gift for a perfectionist? I would only tell someone there was an error if they asked for such feedback.
