I bought one can of Faultless Premium spray starch and it is great. It doesn't leave white flakes and we can use it for clothes. I have Mary Ellen's for fabric, but my husband (who irons his own shirts: a deal we made long ago) uses it for his shirts and loves it. that is too expensive for clothes, so I found the Faultless. Scent doesn't bother me, but it seems mild.

Doesn't it make you wonder what awful chemicals are in this to make them have to cover it with so much scent? Scary!

I have a 32 oz spray bottle In which I put about 1" of Vodka and filled with water Works great.

I was Bounce sizing but my local Meijers no longer carries it, it was in a pump bottle, non-aerosol which was great and had a pleasant odor. I miss it now!

I really like the Bounce spray, yes it is highly fragranced, still like it. I find for the price it is a good product for me. I use it when certain fabrics have a drag to them with the iron it seems to coat it, maybe it is not good to breath in continuously with all of my pressing. Not sure on that one.

What does the volka do in the water? That is a new one for me..do you use it to "starch" the fabric before cutting? Thanks for info

I was not aware of this product but did a search on it and found that it is not available in all areas of the country. If you go to http://www.bouncefresh.com/beyond-th...ironing-spray/ you can do a zip code search to find where it is available in your area. It is also available on Amazon.

Ok Holice, does the rest of the vodka go in your martini? one for spray bottle, one for you? lol....
Next time I go to the store, I will tell them its not for me, I use it in my iron..........

Wait. Vodka for ironing? Is this just for pressing or for stabilizing (ie starching) the fabric? Have never heard of this one. Can you elaborate, Holice?

I just like plain ol' dollar store "Niagera"or "Faultless" starch I have gotten to like the stiffness while cutting and feeding it into my sewing machine
