Did this a couple of weeks ago. Looked everywhere. Through everything. Got made gave up. Went to Joanns and they still had some so I bought the 2 yards I needed. I found the fabric 2 days ago LOL. Sitting there plain as day on the shelf with my other fabrics. Hope you find it :)

There are time when I take a picture of the fabric...and then 5 minutes later, I have no idea where it's at!

If it weren't for the picture, I think I might start to question myself whether I really have it or not.

I have been searching for the pieces for a little wool purse I was working on. I had completed all the embroidery and beading work on the front half, selected lining fabric, bought cording for straps - now the purse pieces are missing. I've been going through my sewing room for the past 2 weeks and just cannot find it. So frustrating

yes, I call him Bob. Bob is a little imp that comes in and hides things. You know what you were using was just right there. Where could it be, Bob moved it. He will bring it back sooner or later. Darn that Bob.

Golly Day, my mom said that all the time and drove us kids NUTS. We would get so mad, "we already looked there 3 times its still not there!"

Yes! I bought a collection of five fabrics about a year ago and have gone by them several times in my stash while picking fabrics for other quilts. Now I want to get them out and use them - and three of the five are missing! How the heck does this stuff happen? Lol*

I will not admit to losing fab in my stash. I know someone comes in and rearranges it when I'm either sleeping or at work. And when I find this person, they are going to refold all my stash and store it NICELY!!!
