I'm doing this now on my DQ and it is a pain! This little quilt has been hard. I've never done CW before so wanted to try it on something small. I'm following the directions in a book I bought but the directions are not very good. They don't stop you before making a mistake when you are just following through on the directions they give you :(. I'm adding batting just on the borders since the windows are already thick.

Dear Old Cat Lady,
Eddie made a great Cathedral Windows tutorial and posted it on the board. I followed his instructions and had no problems at all. You can find it here: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-35742-1.htm
Good luck with your quilt!
