I have! Right now I am working on pillowcases-----I found an adorable pattern for pieced pillpwcases at McCall's Quilting.com. They are a bit time consuming, but easy and fun to make!

Finish a "drag around" quilt for a granddaughter who is in the CCC Corps in Utah; a heavy one which she can use in camping. I need a new table runner for my own table, place mats, and potholders also. Also, finish a new quilt for a great, great niece.

I'm making pillows & have even purchased the fabrics, but due to extensive projects list must do firsts, I haven't been able to start them yet. I was hoping to get most done by August, but it's not looking good! Still trying!! :-) If I can get them done, I can save shipping charges later, because we'll be going up for a visit then.

    Default Xmas stockings

I have been working on Xmas stockings. Many years ago I made stockings for my small nieces and nephew. They now have children of their own and want stockings for them, so I have been busy. Here are two of them from Pam Bono's patterns.

I have started a tote and a king size quilt. Other than that, the rest are just ideas.

Not yet, but I'm sidelined for at least another 4-6 weeks recovering from surgery for a torn rotator cuff in my right shoulder, of course and I'm right handed. I'm making some mental notes of what I want to do, but first will be to finish the twin-size quilt for my DGD that I'd hope to finish by her birthday May 19, but I did finish the top. After that - who knows - I'll just be glad to be able to quilt again.

I made quilts last year for my kids. This year, I'm making them reusable grocery bags that are made out of feed bags, covered in quilt fabrics and embellished with appliques. (Several counties in CA now require that you bring your own grocery bags, or be forced to buy them from the store. Don't ask me...I didn't make the rules.)

WOW! All of you guys are way too organized for me. I have no idea what I am making for anyone. My DD has asked for a queen sized quilt. Not sure that will be ready for Christmas. I told her to pick out some kind of pattern or idea and some idea of what fabric she would like. SHe wants something more traditional than my usual stuff, that is all I know. My quilts have gotten pretty wild lately. I love batiks and brights. Not what she wants.
I would love to make some ornaments. No ideas yet.I often start close to Thanksgiving and then I am in a huge panic. Some years when I am really on the ball I start after Halloween.
