color decisions for new quilt
#22
I looked at the Crosses pattern, and it's fairly busy. I would add one more darker green with a floral or swirl pattern. The fabrics you'll have then will be perfect. If you want to add white into the mix that will give everything a crisp, fresh look.
Please post this when you're done. I bet it will be absolutely lovely!

Beautiful fabrics. I 'm with patchsamkim for the touch of yellow. Also, consider shades of oranges. If you live where you can see beautiful sunsets, watch the sky. Many times you'll see lovely oranges, yellow-oranges & pinks touching the edges of the purpley/ mauvey clouds.

The pattern is new to me. Love the fussy cut larger patterns. As is always the case, depends on what kind of quilt you want to make, calm and serene or bold and geometric. I would probably use some of the large prints from my stash. Thanks for drawing attention to this great block pattern!

It is hard to tell the scale of your prints. With pieces as small as you will be using, with larger scale prints, sometimes two cut pieces can look completely different. This can be a great thing! Just something to keep in mind.
