Thankyou - I bought the fabrics together for the quilt, but before I'd worked out what pattern I wanted to use. Had to go back for more yellow - luckily still in stock!

I kind of did the same thing with my newest DGS's quilt. He was due in September and i found out in Feb. the he was on the way. I couldn't make up my mind on a pattern, i couldn't decide on the embroideries, etc. i was busy with so many other quilts that i ended up doing it right before we left to see him. I like the quilt, i just wasnt thrilled with the quilting. They loved it and thats what counts. I really dont like working under that much pressure, but i seem to make a habit of it.

Very cute fabric choices. Your friend will enjoy using it with her new baby. You'll be thought of often!

I am the worst procrastinator because I always have something in the fire (like too many want-to-do things for others). I seem to do alright under pressure and manage to get it done if I have a deadline to meet.

The quilt is adorable, and the colors are bright and cheerful. You obviously work well under pressure. Congrats!
