I agree with everyone who said to contact the quilter. Even if you never said to quilt every square inch I'm sure you paid for more than that. Her reputation is on the line here and I would give her the chance to make it right. If she doesn't than I would let her know that I would never recommend her to anyone else.

My machine won't let my feed dog drop, so I don't have much luck freehanding, or I would have done it in the first place. She's supposed to be an experienced quilter, so I left it up to her. I don't know the designs on any machines, so figured she knew better than I would what she has. I didn't pay very much, but that's besides the point. My sister said I got what I paid for, but I was willing to pay lots more. I may even rip the entire thing out, and just stich in the ditch, or maybe I can convince my DH that I really do need a new machine. And she does have another one, just like that that she said she had about 2 rows to go. BLAHHHHHHHHHHHH
