Me too. I intend to do it any place that is likely to come loose before I get the quilt together. Just 1 or 2 stitches can be taken out if needed, but will tend to hold things together.

I do quilte a bit of chain piecing as well. I find that if I have 2 or 3 'stitches' between the chained blocks, they stay together better.
