    So far I machine-piece and hand-quilt. I LOVE the look of hand-quilting, it's relaxing to me and it really makes me feel like I'm making a huge heirloom. I am interested in learning FMQ at some point for certain projects :)

    I am re-teaching myself to quilt by hand. While I have seen lots of gorgeous machine quilted quilts, there's something about hand quilting that really appeals to me.

    Not too surprising, really, since I have always done a lot of hand work in my garment sewing. Yes, even construction seams; hand sewn seams are plenty strong enough to hold even a corset together, there's no clothing application I can think of that needs more stength than that.
