I haven't seen this before but have a Fiskars paper cutter that's similar. Coincidentally, just yesterday I decided to try it out for cutting fabric. I've been using my "dull" rotary blades in the paper cutter so I didn't know how well it would work but it did a good job on the samples I cut. I haven't actually cut anything for a project with this system but might give it a try.
