I have a review of 505 quilt basting spray on my blog if anyone would like to see it. It explains what happens when 505 is used heavily, and when it's used lightly.

Carlso,
I'm getting a good "picture" of how to do all this now, thanks to you and others!
One last question.....HOW do you spread the liquid school glue? In a pattern like any of those below??
Do you then use something to smear it around? Or just let it glue to the spot where the glue lands??

What do you mean by the boards?
Go to You Tube and search for Sharcon Schamber. Her videos will pop up. Find the one where she is basting a quilt. You will then see the boards she uses.

Her method with the boards is great.
