Haven't been on the site for over two weeks. Has been great to catch up. Showed my husband this and several other posts of our sewing rooms. Yours looks absolutely great. I've got a great space, but, my oh my, what a mess it is. I'd be so embarrased to post pictures. You'd laugh your heads off. LOVE how organized you are....really nice site!!

I have a table like yours, bought it at Joanns abt 3 years ago, love it. Also picked up some taller chairs so I could set higher. However I love your book shelf. It is awesome. I am cramped in same room I sleep in, Your shelf is a great idea and your room is so very refreshing. Happy for you

Wow what a great space! Does this mean you no longer have a living room?

Very nice! I will bet that you enjoy it so much more than a formal room!

Very nice room. I must say, though, that we use our living room everyday - a lot. My studio is in the basement and it's roomy enough, and has a fabulous cabinet for my machine which my DH made, as well as a big cutting table and storage. What I really would love is some natural light, though. I evny people who have big windows in their studios. In my next life, I'll build a house from scratch and, wellll, dream on!! I think I have an idea for a new topic.
