It sounds like you have a chocolate emergency. We have all had days like that, but you made it sound funny. We are not laughing AT you but WITH you. Better days are coming--they can't be much worse.

Time to quit for the day. Sometimes things just go so bad that you have to quit and start over tomorrow. I had a day like that a few years ago when I was sewing some bridesmaid dresses for a friend. I messed up one so bad I had to replace the whole front of the dress because my iron was too hot and burned it. I call them the bridesmaid dresses from h--l. Don't do that kind of sewing any more.

wow..I have SOOOOO been there...I normally shut everything off, walk out of the door, grab an old movie, then go back , rethread my machine, pop in the movie ,and start the day over!

Yep. I was making a XMAS Sunbonnet Sue and wasn't really in the mood so after ripping out the blanket stitch on 1 section 2x I finally decided it wasn't worth destroying the whole project. I got smart and gave up for the day. Still haven't finished it-too many other XMas things to get done. There's always next year for Sue.
