No quilts yet but I do tend to buy lots of pink/brown and teal and brown fabrics.

I don't know that I actually have any favorites. The colors I choose for my quilts depends totally on what I'm making and for who. The rag quilt I made for my daughter Melissa was of various shades of blue because she's obsessed with blue. The quilt I made for my daughter's teacher was an "Apples for the Teacher" quilt, so it had a lot of reds and greens in it. I just made a "Gay Pride" quilt for my nephew, so it has the colors of the rainbow in it. I'll be starting one for my niece soon who loves cobalt blue, so that will be the main color for her's. The fabric I've picked to make a quilt for my toddler Grandson is very bright with primary colors. Someday I might make a quilt for me, but I don't know what color it will be yet! LOL!

I rally like purple or lavender and green together in a quilt. I also love blue and yellow quilts. I like most colors and think that they all make beautiful quilts. One color I seem to avoid in my quilts is orange but if I am making a quilt for someone and that is their favorite color, I would use it anyway.

I like all the fall colors. Oranges, golds, browns, dark greens, etc. I'm making a Log Cabin in all of these colors right now for my Thanksgiving table runner.

I find that it depends on my mood. I do love pink roses. I have enough fabric with pink roses on it to last a life time. I also like fall colors. I do not like peach, why, who knows.

I love green and purple combos in quilts, but quilt mostly for boys and purples aren't their favorites.

My favorite colors are always bright and light and luminescent. Having said that, it really depends on what I'm trying to accomplish in a particular quilt.

Anybody else have favorites??
Red, white, and black is one of my favorites. I use all colors, but generally put in some black somewhere to tie it together.
