I have some quilts I bought at Goodwill or garage sales. I do not have any quilts I have made because I give them all away. I just finished the top of a quilt for me. My youngest son bought me the material because he knew I loved it. I will quilt it when it is cooler.

I have at least four. Three bought in stores and one beauty from QVC. I couldn't have made it as inexpensively as the one I bought from QVC, plus it was a pattern and technique I never would have done. A full Texas star with trapunto surrounding it. Sometimes I need immediate gratification.

I have 2 expensive store-bought quilts and 2 cheap store-bought quilts (they were bought for me by my son.) I think if you quilt, you can still buy other quilts. I buy what I want, use what I want. I like what I make but I tend to give them away before I will use them. I do have two I made and working on one for my husband, He can Keep.)

Yes, the disgusting things. It is just that I have a king size bed and it is hard for me to finish one that size.

Yes, sadly, that is what is on my bed...a purchased homespun quilt.

I'm raising my hand here. I have four queen-sized pieced quilts that I bought when I worked at a major department store. After special sale, double coupon day and employee discount, I paid only $15 for them. They're in intricate patterns I would never be able to accomplish. Also, I get bored after making anything larger than a lap quilt.

Yes, I bought 3 in the spring on clearance for $13 and change each at Target. All 3 are king size and the original price was $89 and change each. Just couldn't pass them up for that price. All 3 are being used, 1 by me and 2 by 2 of my kids.

Yes, I bought one almost 20 yrs. ago when we moved to this house. J.C. Penney catalog, I believe. Also purchased a matching wallpaper border at the same time. Loved them both. That was long before I ever attempted any quilt making of my own.
