I use a dye mixing bottle that hair stylists use when they are dyeing hair. It works great and no messy spills. Sharon in Texas

Seeing that old coca cola bottle made me think of the bottle my mom use to use with a "sprinkler top" for sprinkling the starched clothes. Boy, guess I'm dating myself but it brought back good memories.

I have been using a Tupperware Sweet Saver. It has a pour spout that lifts up to pour and lowers to close the top. It works quite well; I seldom spill, but I think yours is better.

I picked up an oil bottle at the dollar store that has the same kind of spout...it does make it easy!

I use the empty liquid coffee creamer containers, but I like the spout idea and the water bottle idea too.

Looks like it works for you. I use a metal small teapot/creamer that I had hanging around the house. It holds just enough for one complete fill and has a nice spout that keeps it going right into the filling spot.

You mean one of these? The coca cola bottle was one of the things I got as part of Grandma's estate along with her sewing basket -way- before I sewed. I never knew what the sprinkler top was for and took it out when I placed the bottle with my collectibles in the kitchen. When I read your post, I went looking to see if I'd kept it. Luckily, it turns out that I'm a packrat.
