Several years ago, my Floor Ottlite bulb, which I had purchased from N's Notions, burned out after just a few months. I contacted them, and they immediately sent me TWO replacement bulbs! Absolutely amazing!

Great service.
I bought precuts cuts from Joann's and they were all wrong. I emailed them about it to ask what I should do since they were clearanced and got a too bad so sad email back. A week or so later I went back to Joann's and spoke to the manager and she was so upset at what happened and told me the next time I'm by they way to bring them all back ironed cut the whole shebang and she gave me a gift card then which I used for yardage in the same colors. The service I get at that store is the only reason I still buy my Kona from there. My local Joann's has amazing employees who know me and my daughter by name and all go out of their way to give great service. If I need a Joann's product I only go through my local store and will not deal with their online services.
