My Janome 8900 is awesome. Pieces beautifully and FMQ is a breeze!

for me it was the Pfaff 7570, and once I finally got one I was too scared to use it, what if some thing went wrong with it? then I would not have my dream machine any more, so I got a back up. another 7570, then got 2 more back up, all Pfaff 7570's so in all I have 4 of them, and one is waiting to go to the Pfaff shop to get fixed, as yep some thing happen to it, what I don't know it just quit. But SO glad I have the 3 other backups!

I have a Janome Horizon 7700 but the one that impresses me the most is my Janome Platinum Gem.

I agree with the Pfaff 7550. I have two of the Pfaff 7570 and one of the Pfaff 7550. I've had one forever and purchased the other two from ebay. Love, love, LOVED that machine.

In the area where I live, one of the grocery stores has a in-store trader. You might be amazed at what you may find. Good Luck!
I was thinking the same thing.

I loved my Viking 6440. I used it for 30 years. Currently, I bought a Singer JW7630 in November and really do like it a lot.

I have to say that my Bernina 440QE is my favourite. It is perfect for most projects and is portable. I am bonding, however, with my Bernina 750QEE. But then again, there is my beloved 40 year old Bernina 830 Record. And then there are those Featherweights.
