It seems like these can be put into categories -
1) mildly vexing, but not damaging to anything - cat hair, for example
2) seriously frustrating - not able to find the fabric, machine part no longer available, etc.
3) almost disastrous - quilt is torn, scorched by the iron, dyes bled, the quilter used the wrong pantograph - the quilt might be unsalvageable - but nothing life-threatening is involved
Truly disastrous - the whole house burns down - one is diagnosed with stage 5 cancer - that sort of thing
Some days - the trivial gets me as riled as the serious problem!

May you spend two days long arm quilting your silk GFG quilt, and find nothing but bird's nests on the back.
May the quilt police sneak into your ufo pile, and point out all you did "wrong".
May your 1/4" foot be the factory reject that is actually 3/32".
