what about a few stuffed animals? I know she is 17 but some girls still like to toss them on their bed for looks.

Pink, black, and white rag quilt. They are very quick, except for clipping the seams.

I made a wallhanging for my GD several years ago. The pattern is: Party Bags by Tracey Brookshier. It is 48" x 48" and can be very colorful, very personalized. The pattern was copyrighted 2003 and the website on the pattern is: [email protected].

I don't know where I got the pattern, but the boss I was working for at the time liked the one I made for my GD and asked me to make one for his daughter. My GD used it (and still does) for hair clips, etc.

how about a cute fabric bowl that matches her room. She could put little things in it and it fun and easy to do.

Curling iron tote bag (for when it's hot); cosmetic bag, jewelry hanging bag (similar to shoe bag with pockets to store her jewelry in...use vinyl for front of pockets and velcro for closures); small quilted or applique pieces to be framed (my niece just did one for her new college apartment = she fussy cut a flamingo and made an applique and framed it); cell phone holder, quilted caddy for her bedside.

I'm sure the ideas will just keep flowing from this board!!
