Overstock.com is where I got my 3 piece quilters' set...one of the pieces is made especially for the cutting mat, one is for really big sewing machines, and one piece is for fabric, fat quarters, WIP, etc. Less than $200 (mine was on sale for $169.99 with only $1 for shipping)...hope this info helps...Naomi

Check out an office supply place or some place like Sam's club. They have wheeled transport items for every need- just look beyond the fact it may say desinged for business instead of sewing and the price if you check around should be easier on the pocket book- also luggage carts etc

I have the Tutto cases for both my Bernina machine and embroidery module, but didn't pay full price. Got them online on sale, one was overstock.comand another was a sew vac supply store, can't remember the name.

IF the only time you take your machine out is for repairs there are plenty of totes with wheels available on the Internet. I got one on sale for only $39 last summer. No sense in buying more case than you need.

I travel by air and need to take my one Huaqvarna over to the states without ruining the timing or the computer, so I have to look for a rather sturdy hard sided well padded case.

I had what I thought was a good carrying case for my sewing machine but it only lasted 3 years and I didn't use it that much. The handle that pulls up from it broke. Some sort of small dolly would be idle for me no chance of the handles breaking.

go to Goodwill or Salvation Army they have suitcases for almost nothing plus if you watch you can get a very expensive case for as little as $4. I happened to go in on a day when it was 1/2 off day and only paid $2.

I was looking for a case on wheels to transport my Baby Lock since I deal with a bad back. My local store where I bought the machine had the ideal combination carrier for $180. Too much money at the time for me. I went on line and looked at other options. I found the EXACT same one for $100 including no tax and free shipping. Try the web search and see what you come up with and good luck.

I agree the QE bag is skimpy. I purchased a rolling cart from JoAnn's a few years back and I use that. Got it on sale for $40. Use your 50% coupon if you can't find one on sale.

I have a couple Berninas about the same size and use the Joanns wheeled sewing case.. they are inexpensive and sturdy and good value for the price, specially with the 50% off coupon or special they have.. you can even order one online. Hope that helps.. someone else probably told you all this already.
