I love a quilter with her priorities straight! lol!
I actually do have a sewing room, but I sew all over the house, so I get a workout while I sew. Fabric and iron in sewing room, sewing machines in family room, cutting board in dining room, doodling paper in bedroom. 1 circuit isn't a mile, but it feels like one some days!

I built my "dream" home after I retired 2 yr ago. It is a log home. I made sure I had a dedicated sewing room, is 20ft x 20 ft. Also have tv and my computer in there. It is where I spend most of my time.

I have a office, project room. It is so packed with stuff that it is giving me a headache. I am trying to finish some UFOs and then start cleaning. Really I had it done for Christmas and then, I don't know what happened. Back to quilting.

I have a sewing room but it's only a small bedroom and I made room in there for DH desk. I feel fortunate, I never had one before

I do. It is a bedroom that I have taken over. I just wish it was twice the size. Of course, that would mean that it would get twice as messy before I would have to clean it again! LOL! :D :D

See my avatar! You are looking at the "sewing corner". I once slept in this bedroom, but pic doesn't show double bed with baskets of organized stash, all over bed, on bookcase headboard, and on floor across from bed. Window over sewing machines faces west, and in afternoons am blinded by the setting sun but angle the vertical blinds and have nice bright light. Also have a treadle in the kitchen, an old Pfaff 130 on the fireplace hearth (to the side) and a handcrank that can go anywhere. Love to sew by the fireplace on these cold nights. About 22 degrees now as we speak. Stay warm and happy sewing in your beautiful sewing rooms.

I do. The kids are all out of the house and I took over one of the bedrooms. DH built shelves and work areas. It used to be just a craft room, now it is totally devoted to embroidery and quilting.

Well sort of.We have a 24x24 laundry room with a 1/2 bath freezer and stacked washer and dryer, but the rest is mine. I have commercial drawers and a six shelf metal rack and several cupboards with shelves.Lots of good light.

In 50 years of quilting I've never had a room dedicated to my passion. Currently my bedroom is my sewing room. I don't have a spouse so I can close the door when I'm not in the mood to clean it up. However this deficit has never slowed me down.
