I recently had a whole package of needles that wouldn't pick up the bobbin thread, Changed to a different package and wa la worked just fine. It was almost as if the needles were too short.

I am so sorry you are having trouble with your new machine. I hope the shop can find out what is wrong. This is just so wrong having trouble getting a new machine to work. I would watch real close when they check it out just in case it is something that happens again, you might be able to fix it yourself. Good Luck!

Sorry you are having trouble with a new machine, but those are the ones that cause us most difficulty because we do things that we THINK we should do like the old machine, but the new machine has new rules! Find out what it wants. :?

Hope you find the solution soon.
