I am looking for portable projects because we travel as soon as school is finished.

i so much want to do a teapot quilt, maybe w/teacups. Where did you find your pattern, and is it applique?

Just got approval from a client on borders so will be working on that. Then I can get paid. But the most fun I have had lately has been taking on my UFOs. This board has so inspired me. And I am proud to say that I finished 3 in January and 1 so far this month. That is only because I had to stop and do taxes. BUT, that is another UFO down because I don't usually finish those til October. As soon as I get it figured out I will post pictures. But, in the meantime, a heartfelt thank you to all of you and this site for the inspiration. Happy quilting everyone, Stacey

I just finished piecing a pinwheel quilt for a grandchild due in July and am thinking about how to quilt it. I started a D9P a couple of days ago that will be a Christmas gift for another grandson.

Quilting is the best journey of all. Makes life worth while

Do have a question. Can someone make a list of all these abreviations that you guys use? Some I can figure out = others are like a foreign language. Thanks so much

I'm working on Christmas, 2012. For the past 3 years, since I started quilting, I have told myself that all of my siblings, their kids and grand kids are going to get home made, quilted Christmas stuff from me. And I have NEVER accomplished it. This year I'm not doing anything else - probably - until I get wallhangings, tree skirts, or placements and runners done for 5 remaining siblings and their married offspring with families. I swear I'm going to get it done. So, right now I am working on a table runner and 6 matching placemats for my baby sister and her family.
