I'm handquilting a baby quilt. Appliqued clown going airborne with a handful of baloons. My DH named it "Up-Up and Away".

I just got the Accu-Quilt Go. I've been cutting out hexes so that I can make the GMFG quilt that I've wanted to make for what seems like forever. I plan to place the hexes in a diamond pattern (rather than flower), It'll at least be a double bed size.
I've been quilting for about 20 yrs...and waited until I had enuf money saved to buy the new toy. Hand cutting all those hexes seemed to me to be too much. It's a breeze with the Go. I'm also working on a couple of lap quilts-machine pieced-for friends. One with a bears theme and another with pansies.

It is fun to learn new techniques, try out new quilt blocks and just play play play!

    *Dresses for customers.
*A set of three "Generations" quilts (matching simple 9 patch blocks for myself, my mother {Metopogijo}, and DD).
*A baby quilt made from stuff that was going to be pitched at our monthly sewing meeting--ends of percale sheets.
    *A D4P for my DD's room.

I am working on a wall hanging for my office. It is applique work and I am loving it. Then I have to bind my monster pine tree quilt, then I can start something new. Yeah!!!

I am making two toddler quilts for a GD and her little friend. My quilts are all over the place in genre. I also made my GS a sports fleece pillow and I am making another GD a carry bag. I love reading but haven't been doing so lately as I am woking on UFO's. I am starting to go to a bible study group also.

Right now I am doing alterations on two western shirts that they want by tomorrow. I have not done this in so long I have to really stop and think. I had one almost finished and realized I had not taken the one inch off the shouulder. I wondered why that sleeve went in so easy. lol

I am working on a lap quilt using my leaders and enders. so far it looks pretty good. I never realized how many of those leaders and enders I had piled up. This is turning into a nice scrap quilt.
