Is there such a thing as already printed interfacing and if so where do you purchase the already printed interfacing for like the 4.5 inch circle and the 6.5 inch circle.

I don't think there is any with circles. Quiltsmart makes some with squares.

I found circles but not as big as you wanted. Can't seem to copy the link but click on Grandmothers Fan, then at the left menu under Categories click on smart-ease and you'll find circles.

I found a type that has 2, 2.5, 3, & 3.5 but not larger. There's nothing stopping you from using a compass and making your own pre-printed circles in whatever size you want. Probably cheaper that way, too!

No my african grey dont talk yet but she is mimicking and does say a few things. she is only 7months old..thanks for the compliment.
