Here is Christmas Lights, a Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt free on her site. You might like this. I did this one some time after the mystery. I need to get it quilted.

Oh wow - there are so many - my favorite is a plain ordinary patchwork. Because I like to see a full piece of the Christmas fabric. Did I mention that I have over 200? Another one would be The Falling Charms pattern. I agree the Turning 20 would also be a good choice. When I did a Turning 20 with Halloween fabrics I framed each block and it high lighted the fabrics in the quilt instead of letting them all blend together.

Have fun with whatever you decide to make.

Thanks for all the great ideas. I'm going with the snowball block, it will show the fabric and definitely a winter design. I'm am not going to keep thinking about this and make some snowballs this week!!!!!
