Vodka and water? My seams would never be straight nor scant 1/4. But with enough of that formula, I think I would not notice.

I just found a bottle of Scented Pressing Spray that I must of bought about 4 years ago. It was made by Hamilton Beach and it is not shown on their website. Ingredients: Deionized water, propylene glycol, nonoxynol 12, fragrance, DMDM hydantoin. WARNING: May be harmful if swallowed. If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention. May irritate eyes. If spray contacts eyes, flush immediately with water for 15 minutes, then seek medical attention.

I love Best Press. Will check to see if my Joann's carry it. I started buying it by the gallon. Even use it now for regular clothes that need to be pressed and that doesn't happen very often!

Wow, that rang a bell! "Propylene glycol...may be labeled as "non-toxic antifreeze." It oxidizes when exposed to air and heat. When this occurs lactic acid is formed. If not properly inhibited, this fluid can be very corrosive." (On my fabric??) "pH buffering agents are added to propylene glycol, preventing low pH attack on the system metals." (Ok, think your IRON). "...biological fouling also occurs. Once bacterial slime starts, the corrosion rate increases." It also mentions to dispose of it, it it turns a reddish cast.
I don't think I would want to use anti-freeze on my fabric, and certainly not anything that might produce slime, or attack my iron. On the other hand it does lower the freezing point & raise the boiling point!

I just bought best press on Joanns website. here is a 40 percent off on line coupon...it works I just used it. EEDX14 - you still have to pay shipping but it was still a bit cheaper than Amazon with coupon. Amazon is free shipping over 25.00 you just need to make sure you click the button that states free shipping. You can also buy the small bottle for 7.99 and use the 40 percent coupon...

Can't wait to try this product out...lots of Buzz on how good it works.
