Cool for you Donna Jean, that's not right for someone to do that, and thanks for letting us know about it.

well I hope Penny persues it farther.
I didn't used to think much about making a copy of something untill I was a pattern tester for Dunster when she was fine tuning her "diamond log cabin star" quilt pattern, that made me realize that these people really put in a lot of time and brain work into developing patterns, then they try to get them printed nicely so the whole thing is appealing, no it just p---es me off to hear of pick pockets going around robbing them of the little bit of money they make from a pattern.

This is the notification from E-bay:

Good news! We let the seller know the item wasn't as described, and the seller issued you a full refund. This case is now closed.
LMAO! "Here is your money now shut up!" That is exactly what ebay is saying, and the seller too for not bauking at the request to refund the money. Everyone is so worried about money what about the principle of it all?

I agree...

It seems like Ebay is saying that fraud is OK as long as the one person who stands up gets her money back. Shame on Ebay! Did you post negative feedback?

That is what it sounds like. They need to stop her from selling them. It's wrong.
