Chasing Hawk

In Dec. of last year we had about 8 pieces of mail stolen out of our mailbox. Since then the man who did this is now in prison. His wife is awaiting trial for the same crime.

Anyways, an order from MSQ was among the stolen items. I contacted CS and was told they contacted the local Post Office and sheriff. And would wait until this was resolved, I was upset but understood their point of view.
I contacted them again last week and they cheerfully sent out another package and I received it yesterday!

Since our mailbox was robbed, anything that remotely looks like a package. Our postal carrier leaves a note for us to pick up. And the ladies at the P.O. know us so our packages don't get "picked up" by the wrong person.

wow! that is great customer service. That is a FEDERAL crime to steal out of a mailbox, the perps couldn't have been too bright!!

All but 2 things were replaced by the merchants I bought from. Those who replaced my items will get a returning customer for their exceptional service.
