My Doodle
Here is an idea I drew out this morning. I hope you can see this since I did this in pencil. Anyway each square on the graph is 5" making the finished product 140" X 150". So that turns out to be an odd size. Any suggestions for changes, additions so that I could turn this into a bed quilt?

I think your last two outside flying geese or HST are off. You have them the height of the blocks less than the width of the blocks. This quilt will be square. What size do you want the final size of the quilt to be?? You center block is 20". You can adjust that size to get the outside dimension you seek to make this quilt.

I wanted to end up with a queen size quit. You mention the flying geese are off please explain. Does the height and width have to be the same? How do you suggest adjusting the center to end up with a queen size quilt?

Why don't you just use 3" squares? this makes it 84X90. If you want it bigger, add one or two borders.
Flying geese are twice as wide as they are high. the 2 innermost are correct: 1X2 and 2X4. The ones in the two most outer rings are the wrong proportion. The 3rd row out needs to be an additional square wider so the geese are 4X8. and the final star row needs to be 2 squares wider. The angles you have drawn for these 2 rings will be more difficult to duplicate.

I just drew the quilt design using EQ7 but the final border need to be 24" wide and the program only allows a maximum of 20". So the final row of HST will look a little wonky.
I started with a 12" center Sawtooth block.
Since that is composed of 3" blocks, then the next row is 6"
The row after that is 12" and the final row is 24"
That should give you a quilt 96" square. Hope this helps you.
