According to the previous posts, it's a walking foot problem.

Yes, apparently it is a walking foot problem. One that causes one's heart to stop when the dust lands on white fabric! I contacted Juki and explained this problem. They sent a new walking foot. I'd have your purchase date handy so they can verify the generation of walking foot. Best of luck.
