The green is too blendy and the solid purple too stark. I like the medium purple the best.

Purple, Purple, Purple! It pulls it all together. Thanks for posting the smaller pics; i couldn't get the first ones to open. Beautiful quilt!

Beautiful, very lady-like quilt. I agree with folks about using either one or two shades of purple. Your SIL will love it!
