That is a Nice Pattern, I was going to Suggest just lengthwise or Cross wise Stripes of Cloth (bright would be great) and the quilting could be just circles, squares or even if you are adventurous the Alphabet or simple outlines of Animals, Trucks ,Fish, Birds, Toys etc... (using pictures from kids coloring books as your Quilting stitches design to follow)
