I have a cousin that will be celebrating her Jubilee of 60 years as a religious nun. I would like to make a lap quilt for her but am stumped as to what design. The celebration is June 1 of this year, so I don't have lots of time but I don't have any projects that need to be finished.
Patterns and color ideas?

You could do the cross with a robe hanging over it, with the "Lil'Twister" ruler.

Google "Bible blocks" You could make any size sampler with coordinating fabrics. The blocks are so symbolic.
