I like the look without the outer green. JMHO.

Count my vote as another to just remove the dark green outer border. The rest of the qullt is lovely as it is.

I'd remove the green outside border and just leave it off, or, if you need it for size, replace it with, perhaps, the darker blue in the pinwheels. I think the quilt is lovely; the only distraction I see is the light blue pinwheels. They interrupt the flow and movement of the others, I think; their paler color are like gaps in the overall pattern. Just imo, you understand; others may have different reactions. But, if you agree and wanted to do that much work, you could replace those blocks with the darker pinwheel blocks, all of which I like. The narrow blue border and the blue and yellow border I like a lot.

    That was my exact thought.

I'd get rid of the green border... then when quilted it will be a beauty!

I think it's lovely as is.

But if you insist on calling it ugly, I will be forced to ask you to send it to me........LOL

I think I would just take off the green and leave the rest just as it is. I love it but the green is out of wack.

I also think the green border is the problem. If you need it, I'd suggest a dark blue, or maybe a narrow yellow followed by a dark blue

This is a pretty quilt. But maybe I would take the green border off and just go with the flowered border.
