I just love your hearts and gizzard quilt it's absolutely beautiful, if it were me I would leave it as is.

I also like it the way it is. Very pretty!! Either use the extra Dresdens on the back, or make pillow shams to match the quilt.

I agree with the majority. Don't spoil your work of art, put the Dresdens in another quilt.

that's an idea. , but NOT with the hearts but on back side
