Good Luck - I was told that one does not have as much time after retirement as thought. I retired last year, am loving it, but am not getting as many projects done as expected. With the prices of good fabric sky-rocketed, I resolve to finish projects and try to use up my stash. Sounds good, doesn't it?

Get my sewing room in order. My DH bought me a beautiful 4-rail quilt frame (from Grace) about 3 years ago, and it' still in the box, because I have worked 2 jobs for the last several years, and time just got away from me. This year, I am determined to get it put together. And to use it once I do :)

You know those pages and patterns we all bookmark? Mine is to actually sit down and make them! Last night I actually got started, and cut out all the fabric for the double sided pot holders. Of course, I have made modifications to them.....and looked...no insulbrite!!! Gee. another trip to the fabric store. rats....

Sew from the stash, place the finished item in my gift basket and it will be on hand when an occasion arises. Always rushing to finish something before a gift is needed. This way, stash is depleted, kits may be completed, gifts are at hand. Hope I can stick to it!
