I like the second one best. One change I would make.....I would take the team photo & put it in the middle column. The placement seems to be a little off balance by having that one large pic on the outside column.

I love how you are using the pics with the tees. I haven't seen anyone do that. I'm gonna steal that idea!

I like the black. It makes the pictures pop. I also like the #1 format.

I like this idea of sashing with the balls...I think that is what was bothering me with the black. Great! I am leaning toward black, but will sleep on it and think more tomorrow.

On first look I liked #1, then went back and decided I really like #2. I like the way it breaks up the rows of t-shirts

I agree, that compromise compliments both the cards and the t-shirts.

You could get a baseball diamond pattern going with the photo cards by putting sashing row in between each row. Then create the diamond effect by having the pairs at each of the diamond points: top, bottom, left and right. The rest would be spaced to fill in shape and the sashing would fill in vertical lines not filled in by the photo cards.
