Go to the site FaveQuilts they have lots of free patterns and even a section for baby quilts. I love this site, I even have my daughter who swore she would never quilt now quilting because she can get free patterns and instructions from this site.

DNP for baby quilt
I learned on one of the tutorials in this board that a disappearing nine patch is really gorgeous (and easy!) when you use the big prints in the 4 outer corners and the more solid-looking fabrics in the other spaces, then after sewng the 9 little 5" blocks together to form the 9-patch, cut in half vertically and again in half horizontally. This will keep the more or less solid colored fabrics as smaller 2.5" blocks and keep the larger print as full 5" blocks. Twist and turn the blocks as you can so no seams match and sew together to form whatever pleases your eye. I think this would be gorgeous for your baby quilt! (reminds me of the Yellow Brick Road...but ahhh...so much simpler to put together). Good luck and have fun with this little baby quilt. Your fabrics are really pretty!

Theres free patterns everywhere. Check out several websites, I'm sure you'll come across something you like.
For a girls quilt you might want to include more pink fabrics. check out Ericas.com- Wild Thyme/P&B Textiles.
Essential Flannels(I made this in cottons, for a little girl, turned out great-Wilmington Prints.

I like 4 patch and snowball blocks used together for baby quilts. You can also do pinwheels either flat or dementional for texture. No matter what you choose I am sure the recipient will enjoy and appreciate.

Your fabrics would also look really cute in this modern baby quilt pattern called "Colorblock".

What about deciding one solid for each print, then do the block with the center and 4 corners in the print and the sides in solid? Have enough fabric? Or mix it up. Any way it would be cute.
OR use the two big prints for your centers, the green dots for the corners and the solids for the sides. It just looks like it would be a pretty quick pattern no matter what. That way, the green dots will end up forming a half way good sized 4 square block when joined together---------so the green dots would still be quite visible. (also a lot easier to set 2 variations together than three)

Why not a solid pink to match the darker pink in your print? Or even a white? Cute fabrics! They will make a great baby girl quilt, whatever pattern you decide on.

I love to do pinwheels in 6" blocks with the prints and solids together. Then use the dot for the border Maybe adding a second small border in one solid between the pinwheels and outside border. Then bind with the print pieces even if you have to piece the two colors together.
