I love Connecting Threads. I have ordered several times from them. A couple things were ship later, but they came when they said they would. I put in an order Saturday and they shipped Monday. Should get it today. Yea!!

They have great customer service and nice prices. I love their fabric and threads.

This happened to me as well with the exact same outcome. I was so thrilled and got the bonus of a free yard of fabric. They do have excellent customer service.

I've ordered from them several times and have never been disappointed. The only issue I had was that one fat quarter collection arrived 2 fats short. I called and explained what happened. I received the missing fats a couple of days later. They are on my "good to order from list!".
