I use a small paint brush and sometimes a Q-tip. I don't blow air in or
out because I don't know what it can do to the machine.

First, I clean all the dust bunnies out with QTips and then very carefully I use a vacuum cleaner with the micro-mini attachments for computers to finish cleaning it out. Never, Never, Never use canned air with your sewing machines. It can do damage by forcing dirt/debris back into your machine and could also blow dirt/debris into your eyes.

Small cheapo paint brush, or any good brush for cleaning a sewing machine. Drop buy a hrdware store too, I have used and love those metal handle brush used in workshops.

NO BLOWING PLEASE! NOt with canned air, or from your own mouth either. BAGD GIRL IF YOU DO

I got a bag of brand new, clean, never been used Mary Kay mascara brushes - those work real good for getting lint out. I keep one with each machine - there went the bag. See your MK dealer today.....

I use make - up brushes - the blusher sort. Also have a small attachment for my vacuum cleaner, which fits into the machine.

cotton swabs do a good job. Just twirl in every area they fit. I used a small brush for my longarm; it's more open. Never canned air. Vacuum occasionally.

You can use a clean eyeshadow brush, a thin one works well. The little brushes that come with the electric shavers work really well, too.

Eyelash brush, fine paint brush. Improvise, don't buy.
