I found that a pack of artist paint brushes work better than any brush that came with any of my sewing machines. The artist paint brush will get into smaller places.

I use a fuzzy pipe cleaner. I used a small needle-nose pliers to bend the wire end over so as not to scratch anything inside when cleaning.

Pipe cleaners, Qtips and a soft makeup brush. NO AIR!!!!!

Got to harware store & get a 1/2" small paint brush to clean with. Do not use canned air it pushes dust further into machine.

Try the cleaned brush from an old mascara. It works great, I have one with both my machines and in my travel notion bag so I am never without one.

I try to clean my Bernina after every big project. I use Q tips to get most of the dust out and my stiletto for all the dust pads under the feed dogs.

Pipe cleaner and if you hubby has an air compressor take it to him and have him blow it out

I've used all three and a small paint brush works great also.
