Quilting a bit under 1 year.
Sewing -bought my Singer 403 Special Slant-O-Matic in 1960.
Sewed a bit over the years, pj's, mending, curtains, shoe holders, etc.

I have been quilting since 2008 only 3 years I can't believe how many quilts I have completed in such a short time.

25 years

I was on strike in 2001 & my daughter wanted a tee shirt quilt made from her college tee shirts. I made that one & haven't quit.

About 30 years !! and the quilting world has certainly changed during that time. Rotary cutters, internet videos and site like this one that is so helpful and enjoyable. Thanks to all.

28 years for me!!

I started sewing when my mother had me doing the hems in cloth diapers for my baby sister was born on Christmas Day, 1954. Made a lot of my own clothes in high school and early adulthood.

Starting cross stitching quilt tops forty years ago, but did not start "quilting" until maybe 15 years ago.

I won't count allllll the way back to that little doll quilt we made or that small ornament made at the library...:) Those were just a fun day a long time ago.

I'll say I've been 'enthusiastic' about quilting for 5 years. Others may say I'm 'ADDICTED' to it for those same 5 years.

Seems like forever.
Quilting with mother and friends as a preteen and did some on and off, but really got into it a little over 30 years ago.
Sorry...lived to long to really remember exact dates.

I've been quilting 10 months and am hooked!
