Sewing, about 49 years, quilting, easy...43 years...first quilt made when expecting my first baby...who will be 42 this year (2011).

I've been quilting for 20 years.

I've been quilting about 5 years. I started at age 22, and I hope to keep going until I'm 80!

Well, let's see. When I was in my twenties, I did make two 5" square quilts, but I did not start really quilting until 20 years ago.

Started in 1981 - 30 years.

I have been sewing for 60 years, but only started quilting 27 years ago when I learned about Seminole patchwork that eventually led me to art quilts.

I made my first dress for myself 60 years ago, and have been quilting for 32 years. The first real quilt I made was a lone star with all the pieces scissor out and hand pieced, and the quilt was hand quilted. I gave it to my daughter!
